ERCOFTAC Spring Festival: 17-18th May 2010

ERCOFTAC is pleased to invite you to its Spring Festival and committee meetings to be held at TU-Delft in the Netherlands over the 17th and 18th May 2010. Details of the event and local information can be found in the attached information pack or on the ERCOFTAC website (www.ercoftac.org).

A summary of the proposed schedule is:

Monday 17th May 2010: Scientific Meeting

• 'Research at the Laboratory for Aero- and Hydrodynamics', Prof.dr.ir. Jerry Westerweel (TUD).
• 'Fluid flow related developments in Shell', Ir. Peter Veenstra (Shell).
• 'Research in the Department of Multi-Scale Physics', Prof.dr.ir. Harry van den Akker (TUD).
• 'Immersion lithography research at ASML', Ir. Michel Riepen (ASML).
• 'Aerodynamics research at Aerospace Engineering', Prof.dr.ir. drs. H. Bijl

12.30-13.15  Buffet lunch
13.30-14.45  Visit to the Kramers Laboratory
15.00-16.15  Visit to the Laboratory for Aero- and Hydrodynamics
16.30-17.45  Visit to the Fluid Mechanics Laboratory at Aerospace Engineering
18.00-21.00  Evening dinner at restaurant ‘Vlaanderen’ for ERCOFTAC members

9.00-12.00  SPC and IPC Committee meetings to be held in parallel

13.00-16.30  Executive Committee meeting

Details

• There is no registration fee for the ERCOFTAC Spring Festival or the committee meetings.
• Coffee and refreshments will be provided.
• The cost of the evening meal on the 17th May is to be covered personally by those attending.
• Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation in Delft.
• Documents for the committee meetings will be distributed in the coming weeks.
